ZE-Series
NILES Gear Profile Grinding machines of ZE-Series are extremely suitable for precise grinding of external and internal gears with tip diameter from 400 mm up to 1,200 mm.
The ZE machines are used in many different sectors of drive technologies such as mechanical engineering, railway, wind energy and aerospace.
The machine concept represents quality, long life time and ergonomics. Dressable ceramic tools as well as non-dressable CBN tools can be used.
