Profile and Generating Grinding Machines

The ZX-Series offers optimal solutions for the machining of your gears and other profiles:

• Profile Grinding

A profiled tool grinds the tooth flanks of each tooth one by one.
Both dressable ceramic tools and non-dressable KAPP CBN tools can be utilized.

• Generating Grinding

The generating grinding process simultaneously grinds multiple gaps. Both dressable ceramic tools and non-dressable KAPP CBN tools (cylindrical or globoid) can be utilized.
